The Advanced Treatment Remote System, which Can Be Applied to Patients in Austin, TX:
Migraine Headache Specialists Austin TX
Austin, TX, is one of the many places that we treat patients who have Migraines and Headaches. Many other treatment systems also do, but Texas Migraine Clinic is the only readily available treatment of its kind for you. Those who are reading this probably still have headaches and migraines even though they have undergone many different treatment methods. In other words, as far as lasting results go, everything that you or they may have tried has not solved the problem.
The treatment system used here is not a part of general neurology, chiropractic. It does not use invasive methods of any kind. This leads us to the main thing that sets the treatment system used here apart from the rest of the available treatments. While every other treatment system focuses on numbing the pain or preventing it, our method focuses on fixing the source of the pain. Our average patient has had their migraines or headaches for 27 years and has seen five different types of doctors for their problem without seeing any lasting results. This pattern has routinely changed for the majority of our patients after going through the unique treatment system used here.
Online Migraine Headache Specialists
Because of the nature of the treatment system, which is both natural and non-invasive, it does not require physical interaction between the practitioner and the patient. The focus is to guide patients through ending their headaches and migraines quickly and painlessly. It does not lifestyle changes like dieting to gain results, as that too is either pain management or prevention. And because the treatment system does not require physical interaction, being able to be treated over a video call is possible.
Before the Covid-19 pandemic, around two-thirds of the patients seen were already online patients. The results between in-clinic and online patients where they had meetings one on one over a video calling platform were relatively the same. After Covid-19, all patients were moved to online, and many who were once in-clinic patients stated that they liked the online system better. This means that patients do not even need to travel to a clinic, and can receive treatment from home.
The Treatment System in Use
This treatment system has been around for a number of years and currently has one of the highest migraine and headache reversal rates in the world. The results are primarily because the focus of treatment differs entirely from all Pain Management treatments, and all Preventative treatments. Pain management treatments can include anything from painkillers to massage and chiropractic.
The focus of pain management treatments is entirely on reducing the pain during the onset, or in the middle of a migraine attack. Next up, we have Preventatives. Preventatives are treatments that focus on preventing the intensity and frequency of migraines and headaches. So, looking at Pain Management and Preventatives, neither of them have a focus on actually getting rid of the underlying problem that causes headaches and migraines. Migraine and headache reversal, what we do, focuses on completely fixing the issue that causes headaches and migraines altogether.
Migraine & Headache Research
Many believe that the forefront of research of Migraines and headaches goes towards finding their source. However, that is not necessarily the case. The majority of all current clinical research is on medication development for pain management or preventatives. Because of this, the focus remains on dealing with the pain the problem brings, and not the problem itself.
In 2003 a spine specialist, Dr. Jeffery Turner, came across what he believed to be the source of headaches and migraines. He found that there was tissue damage that inflamed the nerves that cause the symptoms of headaches and migraines. Soon after, Dr. Turner began developing a suitable treatment system that focused on helping the body heal the damaged tissue. The issue he found was highly complex to fix because there was no similar treatment method. So, it required him to start his program nearly from scratch.
Headache and Migraine problems are very similar (analogous) to broken bones. Of course, the issue is Not a broken bone or a related injury, but there are many parallels. If you have a badly broken bone, you will need to set it back in place and put in a cast so that it can properly heal. Let us just say that you go to the doctor, and all he does is give you pain medication, and most of the pain goes away. Just because the pain temporarily went away does not mean the issue was fixed. He would have to set the bone in place. Otherwise, your broken bone would never heal.
The key is to assist the body in healing that injury to fix the problems it can't fix itself. Many injuries require external assistance to make healing in those areas possible. Migraines and headaches also fall into this category. Dr. Turner began developing his treatment system by treating thousands of real-life patients while working alongside numerous colleagues. And, it took close to two full decades to perfect the treatment system. Dr. Turner founded Texas Migraine Clinic after fully developing his practice.

The Second Focus of Texas Migraine Clinic
Before moving into the second focus of Texas Migraine Clinic, there is a lot to know about how migraines and headaches affect every-day life. Migraine and headache sufferers alike are victims of one of the world's most debilitating problems. Many people have had migraine and headache issues so long that they cannot imagine what life would be without them. It is usually overlooked; however, headaches and migraines have psychological consequences/ symptoms as well. There are many different ways that headaches and migraines do affect people in ways other than physical pain. We will not be going into every single way. Still, we will focus on the two main parts: Social setbacks and productivity setbacks.
Social Setbacks
Isolation is a common setback, and one of the most significant barriers to face with Migraines and Headaches. It is not something you can just get around. Isolation can grow from both the symptoms themselves or from the treatment methods. One of the best examples of how a treatment method can force isolation is trigger avoidance.
For all who have typical headaches and migraines, chronic or not, there are a number of things that can set off an attack. Light, loud sounds, stress, and many other things contribute to migraine and headache attacks (Longer list will be at the bottom of the page). Many sufferers find themselves in a dark room away from lights and people to avoid worsening their already inflamed problem, or to prevent one at its onset. This closes-in lifestyle frequently takes a toll on people's social lives. The symptoms themselves, in addition to the triggers, cause people to step back from interacting with others.
After isolation comes unpredictability, unpredictability, alongside isolation, is also a major social setback. This is the second hardest hurdle to jump. With migraines and headaches, many are used to the sense of impending doom looming over their heads. Migraines and headaches seem to come when they will and leave when they will, and never stick to a schedule. This makes planning things nearly impossible because it is unknown when another attack may hit. It also puts a hold on many opportunities in life. For example, it is not uncommon for someone to be laid off of work for chronic migraines. It is not because they cannot function on the job well enough, but rather the frequent attacks hit so hard they cannot go to work. Putting a hold on responsibilities has held many from moving on in many aspects of life.
Productivity Setbacks
As far as productivity setbacks go, there are three main culprits. First is drowsiness. Drowsiness is something most sufferers have in common and may result from a lack of sleep quality. Most do get large amounts of sleep; however, the quality is compromised due to medications or pain. A lack of quality sleep can also cause brain fog and confusion. These two go hand in hand because of how they decrease peoples' ability of decision making and functionality as a whole. The inability to problem solve quickly or make decisions is, for many, not as large of an issue in comparison to drowsiness. But, for those who desire to be efficient in their endeavors or productive, this is one of the worse symptoms, sometimes even worse than the pain itself.
Knowing this is one of the reasons Dr. Jeffery Turner, as well as the rest of the staff at Texas Migraine Clinic, continue to work forward. Because of the focus we have on fixing the underlying problem of headaches and migraines entirely, our work enables patients to get their lives back on track. And this is only possible by ending this debilitating problem. The results not only give us satisfaction with our work but also benefit others' lives in the process.
Does it work for everyone?
No, although it does work for the majority of people with migraines. There are many different factors to consider, and everyone's issue may differ slightly. The chances of migraines and headaches coming from a different root is a possibility, though quite rare.
This natural migraine and headache treatment is entirely non-invasive. It is only to assist your body in fixing itself where the issue lies. Your body cannot heal on its own unless the root issue is resolved. No matter which treatment system you pursue, we are hoping the best for you.
